APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP

You can apply for scholarships for completed master’s theses, professional higher education (YAMK) dissertations, or doctoral research related to internal auditing (also e.g. governance, internal control, complience). The deadline is 28 February each year.

  • Yearly STAK I Sisäisen tarkastuksen ammattikurssi® offers a great basis for new auditors (in Finnish).
  • The only internationally recognised internal audit certification is IIA’s CIA certification. Read more: Certifications

You can also offer your thesis as an article – we publish articles based on good quality thesis on our website, which offers excellent visibility among professionals – amongst our over 600 members.

Free Student Membership Terms:

  • Third-year (or later) higher education student.
  • Specializing in internal auditing or related fields (e.g., internal control, governance, risk management, quality management, compliance, law, auditing, or sustainability).
  • Committment to the association’s rules.
  • Membership lasts up to two years.
  • Please provide a proof of enrollment showing your field of study and academic standing.

Discounted Student Membership Terms:

  • Full-time student in the field or first/second-year higher education student studying relevant topics.
