2022 Risk Overview: Human capital, diversity and talent management

Corporate reputation matters more than ever and has a significant influence on attracting and retaining employees. At the same time internalaudit leaders compete for talents with other functions in their own business and those in other organizations and sectors across the world. This development raises the need for internal audit leaders to look further afield. That is, promoting the profession to people who have never considered it.
