Since the new CCMS was launched in March 2020, The IIA has been identifying areas to improve the affiliate and customer experience. With feedback from IIA affiliates and candidates, CCMS is undergoing upgrades to a new eCommerce platform. This upgrade is scheduled for Friday 24 to Monday 27 March ET and includes additional CCMS enhancements.
CCMS will be unavailable 24-27 March 2023 ET. During this period, candidates will not be able to access their CCMS accounts. Candidates who have scheduled appointments at testing centers or online may continue to sit for their examination.
Online testing candidates should refer to their Pearson VUE confirmation email to access the online exam URL. Candidates who would like to reschedule their examinations must contact Pearson VUE directly at www.pearsonvue.com/iia/contact.
