Opportunity to participate in the annual IIA Emerging Leaders Mentor Program!
The 2021–22 mentor program application window is now open to all Internal Audit professionals! Individuals interested in participating can learn more about the mentor program and submit an application to serve as a mentor or a mentee.
Program participants will be matched into pairings based on information provided during enrollment and experience levels. The program will run from November 2021 through July 2022, and monthly virtual meetings are recommended for the ongoing program. Guidelines and resources will be provided to all participants to aid in the development of their mentoring relationship.

IIA membership is required for participation in the program. A program capacity may be set depending on the number of applications received. The mentoring program is a global program facilitated as a partnership by The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the IIA Emerging Leaders Task Force (ELTF).
