The Global IIA released a new Global Knowledge Brief,
“Elegant Alignment: ISO Guidance and the Three Lines Model.”
This robust new ISO guidance and The IIA’s Three Lines Model — two accounts of governance — examines how The IIA’s Three Lines Model closely aligns with the International Standards Organization’s (ISO) newly released governance standard (ISO 37000 Governance of organizations — Guidance). It’s a testament to how two instruments of governance can collectively help organizations achieve objectives and be successful. They are closely aligned, and the Three Lines Model fits elegantly alongside the more detailed and systems-oriented ISO guidance.
