Webinar: Introducing the new Internal Auditing Competency Framework

Webinaari tutustuttaa IIA:n päivitettyyn Competency Framework:iin. Ammatillista taitoa ja pätevyyttä kuvaava viitekehys on julkaistu nyt uudelleen kansaivälisenä ohjeena. 

This presentation will highlight the features of The IIA’s updated Competency Framework, which has been reissued as Global Guidance. The Framework now includes guidance for using the Internal Audit Competency Model tool for:

• Individual performance management and professional development planning.
• Collective assessments and planning of competencies for an internal audit function.
• Benchmarking job-level expectations to common practices.

Participants will learn the following:

• Where and how Competency is mentioned in the Global Internal Audit Standards.
• The components of the IA Competency Model, including knowledge/skill subcategories, performance groupings, and proficiency levels.
• How to use the IA Competency Model as an individual auditor or chief audit executive.
